What’s therapy lesson?

Therapy Lesson is the name of an Instagram account I started as a student. I began using it as a way to share my illustrations of quotes I resonated with, while researching and studying. I love that being a counsellor means continuously learning, and when I think of my favourite teachers, tutors, and mentors, they’ve all been able to admit that they didn’t know it all or when they made mistakes.

I don’t profess to know you better than you know yourself and social media inherently lacks nuance but I see it as a way to share knowledge and perspectives, connect with others and give you a less formal glimpse of my personality if you’re considering working with me.
